You need to join the community with upvoting and commenting(with arguments not like "Great post","I like it", "Follow me I follow you") their posts/videos/memes/recordings. Make friends by constantly tracking their content. You can start with content you are interested in, just go with the flow. I'm new here and this is what I learned until now. Good luck.
