in a way that discusses what you've read. Don't explicitly ask for followers. That fires back.
Later make an post about yourself (tagged with #introduceyourself).

There are plenty of articles giving tips about how to do it best.
Btw: Avoid a sloppy writing style. Use just one comma "," not ",,,,,,,", start sentences with capital letters and avoid all but the most common short-hands. That is, avoid things like "fst" for "first". This will be received much better.
