We are in the generation, where we need more speed of data transfer with high capacity of storage. Here is the update of memory card generation with version 7.0 of the specification. SD express launched SD Ultra capacity(SDUC) memory card, succeed of 2TB SDXC card(previous version).
Hiroyuki Sakamoto, SDA president said - "With SD Express version 7 we are offering an entirely new level of the memory card with faster protocols turning cards into a removable SSD,"
Around 900+ companies are working together behind this project. The SD Association has announced that this memory card can transfer data at the speed of 986 MB/s. it has a capacity of storing 128 TB of data.
Commonly in PC's We use maximum around 1 to 8 TB storage capacity of HDD. Here it brings a new level of storage capacity where we can store about 26214 HD movies, each movie with 5GB.

It is compatible with almost all memory card-hosting device.
