Request To Join The Minnows Accelerator Project

I frankly forget exactly how I came across the Minnows Accelerator Project. I think I may have been upvoted a few times by @accelerator and that probably got me looking into the project. Once I realized what MAP was, I thought it was a great idea for people that are new to Steemit. Especially if you're posting quality content.

I'd love to join the Minnows Accelerator Project. I've been a member of Steemit since November but about 3 weeks ago, I decided to actively start posting quality content every day.

I have a few goals on Steemit:

Post quality content related to the things that interest me such as: Cryptocurrencies, entrepreneurship, health & fitness, and various other topics,
Build a following that's interested in reading my content
Make some side income from Steemit
Promote the growth of Steemit, Steem, and cryptocurrencies in general by helping to grow the platform.

An unfortunate downside to Steemit right now is that it appears to attract a lot of spammers and low quality posters that are trying to make a quick buck. I think MAP can help me achieve my goals while also promoting higher quality content on Steemit.
