Charlie Lee asked yesterday those who are in favour of the 2 nd split within one year. Roger Ver - not asked directly at first - agreed.
So Charlie Lee will get 250 BTC in exchange for the new coin coming out of the fork.
So Charlie will have 500 BTC and Roger 500 BTCGold auf the deal. At least short term a great deal for Charlie - he should pump ltc with it :).
