A student of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology was killed in the stabbing of the robber. South Surma Police Station Officer-in-Charge Khairul Fazal said that the police took Mahid to the hospital on critical late night. The doctors declared him dead. He died of excess bleeding. He also said, initially, our idea is that the hijackers stabbed the Mahid.
Shabir Proctor Zaheer Uddin said, we found Mahid's body after receiving information from Osmani Hospital authorities.
