3 New CJ For Sympathy Between State Organs!

The new Chief Justice, Syed Mahmud Hossain, said that if there is a lack of coordination among the three national agencies, the progress of a country can be seriously hampered.

The Supreme Court Appeal Department accepted a reception Sunday morning saying: "I will work hard to achieve better coordination between the three state organs - the legislature, the executive and the judiciary."

Saeed Mahmoud Hussein, a senior Justice of the Appeal Department, was sworn in as the country's 22nd chief justice on Saturday.

Prior to his appointment by the president on Friday, SK Sinha resigned just as a result of tensions with the government. Judge Abdul Wahab Miah, the Chief Justice, was also appointed Chief Justice on his primaries, Syed Mahmud Hossain Resign afterwards.

Following the publication of the "Supreme Court" last year, the leaders of the ruling party criticized in parliament all the rulings to lift the sixteenth amendment to the Constitution.

In accordance with established practice, the Attorney General and the Bar Association of the Supreme Court of Justice give a new Chief Justice reception on Sunday morning.

Judge Mahmoud Hussein said there that a country can make progress through close coordination between the three national branches of government (legislative, executive and judiciary).

"I will try my best to ensure that the Supreme Court performs its duties in accordance with the Constitution. We should establish such an image that everyone, the weak and influential people, the rich and the poor, will feel equal legal eyes."

The judge said courts must ensure justice for all according to law. He added: "It will enhance people's confidence and trust in the courts."

Amnesty International mourns martyrs and Chief Justice made a statement in Bangladesh.

Judge Mahmoud Hussein also pointed out that the backlog case is a major issue in the judicial enforcement system. "We must work together to solve this problem."

He pointed out that honesty is the power of judges. His conscience is his responsibility, he must act in accordance with the country's constitution and law.

The Chief Justice said that the judge's duty was to uphold the spirit of the vow and make his judgment without fear.

He said that judges do not need any separate code of conduct if they perform their duties on oath.
