Poverty maintenance rate 86.1% (2007~2015)

It increases every year. after global financial crisis, only 6% of poverty family escaped.
Middle class is collapse and Rich people and Poor people polarization is serious.

The percentage of No change in income People has increased from 37.6% to 42.5%
earn more income People are decreased from 32.1% to 28.4%
The probability of entering poverty is 7.1 percent, the probability of maintaining poverty is 86.1 percent, and the probability of getting out of poverty is 6.8 percent. gap is just 0.3% and poverty rate is still increase.

This mean poverty stagnation has intensified.

Less experienced of the poverty

2. High level of education
3. Men

Decreased income makes killed social vitality.
Children of poverty families are more likely to stay at lower educational levels, so direct or indirect support from the government is needed.

  Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
• So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
• If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
• If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
• If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!
