However, there is no sign of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the impeachment notice. Congress leader Kapil Sibal said that Manmohan Singh was not kept in it. He has been working as a former prime minister.
Former Attorney General of India, Soli Sorbazi, said that the notice of the impeachment can be given only on specific allegations of misconduct. In that case, proof of misconduct must be submitted. He said, "The wrong verdict has been given - it can not be given a notice to prosecute any chief judge."
