Bitpanda believes that by joining the Post, it will increase both the user base and the volume of transactions.
Company co-founder Eric Demuth said: "Digital coins will become central points in our daily lives, and will not conflict with classic coins."
At any post office in Austria, customers can purchase Bitpanda paper vouchers in denominations of 50, 100 or 500 euros. After the purchase, they will receive a code per voucher to redeem for their choice of the four cryptmoedas on the Bitpanda site.
This service is called "Bitpanda to go" is offered exclusively through the post offices. "All you need is an e-mail address," the company explained.
