I feel like we were on the right track to getting physically prepared, but we kept getting more and more dessimated. After I graduated college instead of finding a job we just got more and more homeless. We went from house to basement, to room in a basement, to the street and a bunch of nightmare rentals, but we've made it full circle back to a house and garden again! I'm proud of us.
We've sure mentally prepared in the time being though. People really undervalue the less is more philosophy, so they'll probably never see giving up their smartphone, meditating, enjoying nature and family as a step in the right direction.

Yes, it's the same tactic they've been using for decades now.
It's almost as though they want to use our own free will, as a commodity in a war of attrition against our own natural instincts.
