It is very difficult to believe anything in video these days. It's possible to fake just about anything on video. When it is low quality video like this it is even easier.
You almost have to witness things with your own eyes to be absolutely certain.
That is so true!! It is so easy to fake photos and videos these days that you can't believe one even if it is from a credible source.
