Don't Pity The Cop Who Gets Caught With His Pants Down (Especially With A Minor)

Ladies and gentlemen? I don't normally give each of my articles a title that is more than ten words long. However, this topic is somewhat of a different situation.

You're not going to believe what I came across on YouTube. A 58-year-old police sergeant named Paul Downey is facing severe criminal charges for having sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy, among other things, and the judge has placed his bail amount at $250,000. No, not $25 or $250. $250,000!

I must admit that I am no major fan of the statutory-rape laws here in the United States, because sexually active teenagers are not the same as vulnerable, innocent little kids no matter how young they are. However, whenever a law-enforcement official or a psychiatrist gets busted for clapping buns with teenagers who are not legally old enough to consent to sexual relations in their particular jurisdiction, I simply cannot give such a person a pity party.

Below is a video that will provide you with the full story behind this police sergeant's sexual offenses and his arrest. I'm sure you will enjoy the video. I know that I did.

A Boston Police Sergeant Gets A Dose Of His Own Bitter Medicine

This Boston cop has been on his police force for over 30 years. The prosecutor has charged him with multiple counts of rape of a child, even though the alleged victim was a teenager instead of a little kid.

Mr. Downey may be losing everything he ever worked for in his life, including his marriage and his family. Am I feeling sorry for him? Of course, I'm not.

These cops are constantly pushing elected officials to get tougher and tougher statutory-rape laws in our nation, yet they can't seem to obey the very same harsh laws that they strive so hard to get passed and to enforce. You can only imagine how many young men this cop has arrested on frivolous and malicious statutory-rape charges over the course of the past three decades of his career in law enforcement.

Now it's this cop's turn to be the one to sit in the hot seat and endure all the humiliation that is coming his way. If he gets convicted and sent to prison, I am not shedding a tear for him and neither should you.

Furthermore, Mr. Downey's alleged victim is a 14-year-old boy rather than a 14-year-old girl. Because of it, he's not going to be able to give the court some song and dance about how he rescued a young girl from juvenile delinquency and then claim that one thing led right to another until they fell in love with each other and made love.

No, this cop is going to look like the biggest swine ever to have a gun and badge on the face of the Earth. Pardon the sarcasm. I'm not trying to be homophobic. I'm simply telling you how people are in this nation.

Most parents want their 14-year-old son to meet a beautiful girl his own age rather than hook up with a middle-aged man online to have a gay liaison. You know that the parents are going to express all sorts of hatred toward this same cop throughout the trial.

If Mr. Downey gets convicted and goes to prison, it only gets worse. He will likely run into the same people that he arrested and got convicted. Many of them might even be ones that he railroaded with frivolous and malicious statutory-rape charges. They will not make his prison stay very pleasant, to say the least.

1.  Out-Of-Control American Sex Laws Involving Minors

Once upon a time whenever an adolescent or a teenager as young as 12 or 13 years of age strayed outside their peer circles in search of romance and adventure, Americans did not get at as excited about it as they do now.

Back in the day only dirty old men in raincoats who preyed on toddlers in playgrounds or parks got into trouble for "rape of a child." At concerts, police officers were more concerned about fights breaking out in the audience than they were about a rock star in his twenties or older sneaking a 13-year-old groupie back to his changing room to have sex with her.

Nowadays an adult man cannot even send a Valentine card to a 17-year-old girl without being suspected of a sex crime because of how elected officials have toughened the statutory-rape laws here in the United States. It may not be that way in your country if you live outside the United States, but it's that way here in my country.

The comments section to the video above was replete with nasty, hateful remarks against Paul Downey from self-appointed pedo-experts, self-appointed psychiatrists, self-proclaimed child advocates, and the likes. In fact, they were all having a love fest. My response to them is to let them do so. This cop deserves everything they throw his way.

I wouldn't doubt that every time Mr. Downey saw a 16-year-old boy walking down the street, holding hands with a 15-year-old girl and this boy had a mustache that made him look 23 or 24 years old, this same cop probably grabbed him and beat him with his night stick under the suspicion that the young boy was an adult man seeking to have unlawful sexual relations with the 15-year-old girl. These cops absolutely love to unleash such chaos against innocent individuals.

As I was reading the comments section to the video above, I came across an interesting post by a YouTuber who goes by the user name of skdoremi6666 who stated therein:

A sergeant.....i hate to say that but....the 14 yo was willing to sell himself, he willingly climb into his car for s€x and then cried r@pe, for me it is not r@pe but having inappropriate intimate relationship with a minor, definitely a crime, but we need to differentiate between a boy who knew what was going to happen and actual act of forcing s€x onto them, anyway pedophiles are much more common than we think...sometimes i look at actors and think how many kids they took advantage of, even looking at the judge and the lawyer,i wonder if they are like that too...

Well, skdoremi6666. Technically, Mr. Downey would not be a pedophile; but if you want to call him that, feel free to do so. It doesn't matter to me one way or another. As a matter of fact, I find it entertaining whenever a cop gets called a pedophile, especially when he really isn't one.

These law-enforcement officials throw words like "pedophile," "child molester," "pedophilia," and the likes around in a mendacious, indiscriminate, and defamatory way without considering the harm that they are doing to innocent individuals. Therefore, I'm not going to complain about a cop getting branded with such terminology despite that none of those terms describe him.

These cops have made their own beds. Now it's time for them to sleep in them.

These cops are always entrapping and railroading innocent individuals in online sex-sting operations. Norman Michael Achin will give you the lowdown regarding this injustice of theirs in his video below.

Norman Michael Achin Exposes Dirty Cops For What They Are

A Detective Robert Bauer railroaded Mr. Achin in an online sex-sting operation and framed him for something he didn't even do involving a minor that didn't even exist. You have to question how many people Mr. Downey has done this same dirty deed to. Probably a number of people. Eventually, it will be Detective Bauer's turn to eat his own words.

Mr. Downey actually contacted a minor online and paid him for sex. Mr. Achin never contacted any minor online.

If the judge presiding over Mr. Downey's criminal case decides to give him a slap on the wrist, I'll definitely be calling the court system out on its hypocrisy. Nonetheless, it wouldn't be the first time that any judge had behaved in this manner.

2.  The Most Noticeable Characteristics Of Paul Downey's Criminal Matter

Paul Downey's criminal defense attorney is lucky that Mr. Downey is a decorated police officer with an enriched background of accomplishments, because it'll make it easier for her to paint him as this glittering pillar of society. It still doesn't make him a saint incapable of breaking the very laws that he has been entrusted to uphold.

I'm not claiming that the 14-year-old boy that Mr. Downey banged is a goody-two-shoes. Well, neither is Mr. Downey.

What it boils down to is that Mr. Downey's criminal defense attorney should not be acting as his defense counsel. Instead, she should represent individuals who really got screwed over by the system like Matt Koso, Juan Miranda-Jara, and Tyler Thompson, just a name a few, because all three of those men were not given fair trials after being charged with sexual offenses involving adolescent minors. The criminal justice system shafted all three of them.

Mr. Downey would be better served if he were to retain an attorney like Matthew William Buck. He's that lawyer in Colorado who went to prison for a short while for raping a 14-year-old girl and studied law behind bars and later passed the bar exam. Of course, I'm not sure whether he also practices law in Massachusetts, but you get my point.

Mr. Downey's 14-year-old alleged victim was likely another one of those adolescent boys who was in the gay closet and couldn't find a boy his own age at his school with whom to share intimacy without risking the possibility of rubbing the wrong male classmate the wrong way and getting brutally beaten up. Therefore, he sought to act upon his homosexual inclinations with a significantly older man. It happens more often than not here in our great nation, so to speak.

3.  Final Thoughts

Paul Downey may not be a pedophile, although he deserves to get called one. He may not even be a sexual predator, but I wouldn't protest if anyone decides to accuse him of being one. What he definitely is, is a hypocrite.

Like so many other cops, Mr. Downey has likely misused the statutory-rape laws in his state to sabotage the lives of others who don't deserve for the criminal justice system to rake them over the coals. Now Mr. Downey is finding out what it's like to be paraded in front of the cameras by every news agency that knows about him.

Mr. Downey is not going to be the one shaming and humiliating others over frivolous and malicious statutory-rape charges. Now he is going to find out what it's like to be on the wrong side of the law. Prison will be no walk in the park for him either.

Then again, rigid statutory-rape laws have ruined a countless number of people's lives here in the land of milk and honey. A number of nations set their statutory age of consent at 14 years old, and their societies get along just fine. However, lawmakers, law-enforcement officials, and mental-health professionals have to push to make American sex laws as punitive as possible only to serve their own special interests without consideration of the kind of unjust repercussions they produce.

Why should any of us pity Mr. Downey? Whenever he probably went on one of his witch hunts to hammer people with the sex laws in his state, he likely showed none of his suspects any mercy. Therefore, the court system and the prosecutor should show him no mercy whatsoever.

As the saying goes, karma is a . . . bummer. Well I know what the real saying is, but I have to maintain the decorum of my writing. Mr. Downey can rot in prison for all I care.

It brings to mind an episode of The Montel Williams Show that I saw so many years ago when that daytime television talk show was still being filmed out in California. He had two 14-year-old girls on his guest panel who had recently left a life of prostitution. They started selling themselves when they were both only 12 years old.

One of these girls claimed that when she first got into prostitution at the age of 12, police officers there in Los Angeles used to take her into an alley and pay her to have sex with them. Hmmm. I guess that's why people call police officers pigs. These cops certainly were.

If a psychiatrist gets into trouble with the law for doing the same things that Mr. Downey did, I will definitely be publishing an article about it here on my PEAKD channel. These shrinks absolutely love statutory-rape laws, because it brings money into their practices. They even have "predator catchers" peddling their services to suspects.

Life is stranger than fiction. LOL! Peace out.😁
