RE: Working on a new video!

Great to see you are working on that new EU law. I have been very confused about that and wonder how it will affect something like Steem/Steemit. The blockchain here becomes immutable after 7 days so how can they ever enforce that? By making Steemit block the user? And then it is just down of Steemit but still on the blockchain. Weird stuff.

Well, the video is not out yet, and the law has not passed. But I totally agree with you, that this is hard to implement. Same thing with the recently passed GDP, which is just as stupid of a law. They cannot really control anyone unless they use an A.I. or other automated systems that run through each piece of content that is uploaded. So to fully implement it, a lot of money needs to be invested. So my clue is, that they will use that just to already get the idea of it legal. After 5 years no one will know about the law and it will be to late to complain, when the technology is there.

I see you have quite some experience here. What are your thoughts on publishing on DTube vs DLive? Would love to hear your thoughts actually. - Max

Being pro DLive so far. Dtube is sometimes impossible to view or you really need to wait a lot.
Just saw you made the post you announced concerning that topic, thus gonna leave my comment which I wanted to put here there.
