It would be better I think to teach them to think and not what to think. Besides bible references are lost on me. Not my religion. I have far more influence from Thelema, Kabalah, Hinduism, and Voodoo than Christianity. I consider myself a Deist and my holy books are anything by Voltaire and Age of Reason by Paine but you do you.

I would agree. In either case, perhaps it would be a reasonable act to seek out a private Montessori school where teaching children HOW to think is their primary aim.... and your salary would not be garnered via the threat of a sheriff's gun; holding your neighbor's property ransom.
Working on that my friend. Time will tell. I certainly agree that the public school system is a waste of other peoples money funded by theft. That being said in a local voluntary community, schools will be needed and I hope to continue to do so in better conditions.
