Russia will prevail in Ukraine militarily, and Putin's intention of decoupling Russia from the global monetary system, providing justification for imposition of the major components of the technocratic totalitarian tyranny that will underlie the NWO will also be achieved.
However, these will be relatively temporary and clawed back as humanity defeats the NWO in due time.
What is happening in Ukraine has little to do with American hegemony, and the sanctions will merely quantitatively increase the degradation of American power that will be qualitatively affected more by driving allies away and ending the petrodollar, which has basically been achieved by ending US support for the KSA in it's proxy war with Iran in Yemen. KSA will now begin to sell it's oil for Yuan, which will eventually create hyperinflation in the US.
This appears to be the primary achievement of the current US puppeteers.

He won the moment he encircled most of Ukraine's army and its major cities.
No country can recover from that.
