Fortune attracts more fortune, I come to believe in this when I come to know that a company made $7.5M from a flamethrower in sales.
"Boring Company", which is supposed to build tunnels underneath cities so cars can bypass heavy traffic decided to rise up some money by selling the flamethrowers and yes, The CEO Elon Musk announced the weapon on Saturday and people went crazy. Imagine "ME" announcing that..... yes.. Helloo???
Boring company sold the flamethrower (Why are we not calling it a weapon??) for $500 each. Elon Musk been regularly tweeting about the sales tweeted that, out of 20,000 items 7000 were sold, the sales crossed 10,000 later that day. Sales went upto 15,000 item this tuesday. Nice marketing Musk, Nice Marketing.
due to the nature of the product, Elon Musk himself didn't step back from trolling the viewer through his tweets,
the company is now planing to release a branded fire-extinguishers this spring. so until they gets the tunnels done, the engineers are getting 'boring' and inventing toys or something? they even launched an air-freshner named 'Elon Musk.. for God Sake....!!
