Sexual predator' forced teenage girl to perform sex act on young boy for video clip

A ‘sexual predator’ tricked a teenage girl into performing a sex act on a young boy for a video clip he then posted on social media - which the victims’ friends and classmates then saw, a court heard. A judge said Daniel Norton, from Cheadle, Stockport, had ‘plumbed the depths of depravity’ and jailed him for 12 years.
The video went viral and was viewed and shared at the girl’s school in Hampshire and other schools, it was said. Both children in the footage were subsequently bullied. Norton, 26, met the girl on a dating website. He initially persuaded her to send him a topless photograph and then told her that his father, who he falsely claimed was a police officer, would take her away from her family unless she sent him more explicit images, prosecutor James Kellam told Southampton Crown Court on Thursday. Norton, the court heard, had also gathered images of other teenage girls and enjoyed ‘the feelings of power and control’ over them. He pleaded guilty to three counts of making a child engage in sexual activity, three counts of making indecent photographs of a child, one count of distributing an indecent photograph of a child and possessing extreme pornography.
