Our government is dickhead. Yesterday night, they released the notice that vehicle would be allowed to run in odd-even manner from today. I had a night shift yesterday and had to leave early at early 2 AM. Otherwise they would have caught my bike for violating odd-even vehicle rule. They could have implemented that rule starting from today afternoon. How illiterate they are, can't even know doctor, nurses, security guards and other people have to work night and they only get to their home in morning. The rule should have been introduced keeping in views of all possible scenarios.
The cases had spiked in Nepal after government lifted the restrictions on lockdown and vehicle movement. The government without any facts had again imposed the restriction on vehicle thinking that it's the only cause of spread of virus infection. The main reason of virus spread in Nepal is solely due to Indian people. Rather if they had keep strict check on border movement, Nepal wouldn't have many cases.
Many districts in Nepal that borders to India like Parsa, Nawalparasi, Saptari and many more had gone into second version of lockdown already with no vehicle movement due to rise in community level. Still, they have been incapable of monitoring the border movement.
