At the Tankfest 2017 World of Tank developer Wargaming has recreated the missing and ultra-rare Sturmmörserwagen 606/4 mit 38 cm RW 61, nicknamed Sturmtiger. Using Microsofts HoloLens and Google Tango next-gen AR technology they created a portal in the wall where the tank could roll into the building, displaying special features such as the firing mechanism of the huge 380mm rocket-propelled shells.
Since Microsoft just opened up their Mixed reality Partner Program my guess is there will be lots and lots of stunning and innovative HoloLens applications in the near future.
