This is the system I use to get my stuff done. There's always repeating tasks, daily and weekly. Than there's important stuff, and less important stuff. So that's what I based my tool on. The tool doesn't store any data online, it stores all your tasks in your browser's localstorage.

The look reminds me of Google Keep which I use for task keeping, it's flexible and not too complicated.
Google Keep looks nice! I've always used MS OneNote, but it's sooo slow.

it´s a nice tool! Not, the ultimativ new kind of software but, easy and fast to use, looks good and it´s useable. I think real about to use it for me. Maybe you can make an export as an offline-prog or smartphone-app.

This is the system I've used for the past year. I've got physical trays where I put in post-its. The problem with that is.. when I'm not at home, I can't remember all the tasks. So now I always have the trays with me virtually :)
A smartphone app would be cool! Then it should sync with desktop as well. I have to figure that one out, because I don't want to store your data on my server.
