News Haikus: Groups Fighting

in #news3 years ago (edited)

Where do you draw the line between informing yourself of current events and getting sucked into fear-mongering? Just wondering, as I'm noticing an awfully addictive amount of gaslighting, hate, fear, and provocation in the media as Spring approaches. Try easing the tension with some News Haikus. Not only is it fun(ny) and punny, it's a little creative outlet and good for analyzing the information.

If you don't read the newspaper, you are uninformed; if you do read the newspaper, you are misinformed. -- Mark Twain

Read the full article published today in the National Post. I might make a series of it if it's entertaining enough, so stay tuned. I welcome any suggestions :)

You're punny and alliterate ;) This is a good idea, worth a good laugh and does improve understanding when you paraphrase and move words around in a different order.

+1 for a Mark Twain quote!!!
