Mandatory masks may be something you are currently dealing with depending on where you live and if you aren’t yet, you may be soon.

Mask are now mandatory in all indoor public spaces in Quebec, a province who only 3 years ago banned anyone who’s wearing a mask from delivering or receiving a public service. Ontario is following suit and Vancouver may soon be next.

Ontario is not a provincial order like Quebec. Individual health units are putting orders in place. They have been happening since early in July.

It's not a real law. For example, in Toronto it states if you have a medical condition you don't need to wear the mask, and if someone asks, you don't need to explain. You just have to say medical condition. Done.
