We Cant Stop Tragedies Like What's Happend In Florida But Here Is How We Can Reduce Them.

in #news6 years ago

Does the United states need to change their rules regarding guns? What could be done to prevent such a horrific event from happening again.

We see it time and time again, mass killing is never going to end. It's a problem that be fixed, not by a long shot. Even though we can't fix it maybe there's a way to reduce the amount of shootings in the United States. We are in the second month of 2018 and their have been 30 shootings, 7 of which where at school. This is fucked up.

I'm just spitting some ideas here. I am not expert on the matter just a guy with common sense.

Look to the cause of the problem. Almost 100% of the time it is linked to mental disease. You can blame it on the guns, sure, but that's not going to fix it. We need to tackle the problem at it's roots. How can we do this?

Examinations.. There are a variety of tests you can take to determine mental illness. Maybe, mandatory mental illness checks should be taken before the birth of a child, or buying guns.

Mental Health Checks For Parents.

The reason you should have a mental illness check before having a child is because psychopaths are more likely to raise psychopaths. I wouldn't say take the kid away from his parents, but maybe they should keep a closer eye on them and make sure there it no abuse happening at home.

A bad home life for a child because of abuse, rape, watching a drug addicted parent, or just neglection can really fuck a kids mental. If the kids already awkward, he goes to school and gets bullied and then goes home and get's bullied he's probably not going to be normal.

Mental Health Checks For Gun Owners.

For buying guns a mental health check should be mandatory. Do you really want to give someone who feels no empathy and who is bullied, abused or raped a gun. Heck to the no. That's a disaster waiting to happen.

Ban The Sale Of Assault Rifles.

Does anyone in the USA really need a fucking AR-15 or an AK47 to protect themselves? That's so fucking ridiculous and uncalled for. If you're thinking yes, NO YOU DON'T. If your buying a gun for protection or hunting then it should not be automatic. Keep selling rifles, handguns, revolvers but for fucks sakes stop selling assault rifles.

If you really want to use an assault rifle take yourself to a shooting range.

Although, I do not think you should ban guns. It wont work. If people can't use guns they can switch to homemade bombs, vehicles, knives, poison, and many of other things.

Harsher Punishments For Bullies At School.

Yup, fucking expel them, send them to a different school, give the bully a separate classroom away from other kids.

Make Homeschooling Easier On Parents.

Maybe the last option wasn't reasonable because then the bully would attack the kid even worse, or find new victims. Maybe there should be schools that offers a mix of one on one learning, and online courses. If a kid wants to withdraw from school because of bullies it's better just to pull them out and avoid the mental damage it could inflict.

Conclusion

There is no way to stop mass killings but if we can reduce them even by 10% that would be better then nothing. These are some of the solutions I think could help drop the rate of mass killings, and maybe the death count of the killings at the least. If you don't agree that's okay this is my opinion and I am glad to hear what you have to say. Did I miss something? Do you disagree with me? Let me know, I'll be glad to debate.
