You missed out on 7 years of gains then, but yes a crash is imminent. I remember reading a book around 2008 about a bigger crash coming and was afraid to get back in so I'm in the same boat.
I sure did miss out, but I decided it was better to be 8 years too early than 1 day too late.
Maybe you'll have new "stocks" to look into. ;)
