Most Americans would agree that Saddam should have just been left in power. It is sort of obvious, sad but obvious, that when you have large majorities of people of separate political and religious affiliations that just can't seem to get along that the best answer most likely lays at the hands of a brutal dictator.
But it is just as much a violent violation of personal sovereignty in both instances.
Given that perspective please do explains to us whose violent violation of personal sovereignty should be given the most weight if the US were to leave? Exactly who should be left to do violent sexual assaults by strangers in a dark alley? Who should become the new abusive husband?
