Facebook is such a scam. They should be paying their users.
Yet, people continue to post their personal information on there for free, create content for free, and never slow down. The price of Steem drops, though, and everyone many around here just forgets it even exists. I'll never understand that. Even $.01 is more than you'll make on a Facebook post...
It made sense when their site was seen as fun, I'd say most folk think of the fighting and name calling there as a hassle and sharing their life story as being a chore. In a perfect world perhaps their model would work, in this one it seems that it's not the best for sure.
