There’s state laws that are each different on where companies or users can advertise marijuana. Perhaps, googles suggested videos or trending pages could be considered a form of advertising within the platform. This would mean that they would have to follow all the different state laws in order to be considered complying.
That make sense. Knowing Google, they'll do whatever it takes to avoid a lawsuit haha
