Vladimir Putin said that he did not respond to Petro Poroshenko's attempts to talk on the phone, because he did not want to participate in his "simple combinations".

So the Russian leader answered a question of journalists why in Moscow didn't agree to communicate to the Ukrainian President.

"It's not that I just shy away and do not want to talk with Peter Alekseevich <...>. The fact is that I do not want to take part in his election campaign," Putin explained.
According to him, Poroshenko skillfully creates crisis and provocative situations and immediately shifts the responsibility for what he has done to Russia, and then "wants to immediately demonstrate that he successfully solves the problems."

On the morning of 25 November, the ships of naval forces of Ukraine "Berdyansk", "Nikopol" and "Yana Kapu" violated the state border of Russia for several hours performing dangerous maneuvers, ignoring the legitimate demands of the Russian authorities.

Vladimir Putin called the incident a pre-planned provocation, which is associated with a low rating of Petro Poroshenko on the eve of the presidential elections.
