He does discuss the Donbass, and the roots, names, dates, and places of the spawning of that oppression, but not the current invasion or the bioweapons labs it has revealed, because the documentary predates these events. It regards the buildup that has resulted in current warfare, which is essential to understanding the present war. BTW, I don't recommend it because I completely agree with Oliver Stone on these matters, but because it provides critical background information I was previously unaware of that the enemedia concealed.
