Happy New Years everyone! I hope your 2017 was everything you hoped it to be and that 2018 will be even better.
Today I went out for Breakfast at the Duluth Grill. They have amazing food. They are known for their home grown organic dishes and a wide variety of vegan and gluten free ingredients. By far one of my favorite restaurants we have in Duluth. It was also on the Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri.
I had the Mexican omlet. Very good. The guacamole was different than what I am used to on an omlet but it went well.
For the countdown I went to Blackbear Casino in Cloquet, Minnesota and won $700.00 on my favorite machine!
I don't #gamble too often anymore but I still do for special occasions!
All in all I had a pretty good New Years. Tell me about yours.

I love Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives; I see where I should go eat next time I'm up in that area. :D
We stayed home and watched all 3 of The Hobbit movies, pausing to bring in the New Year with a round of red soda (a family tradition). It was great!
Sounds like a nice cozy time inside.. because it's freezing outside!!
It's horrible outside lately. I'm ready for nice weather to come back now. lol
Makes me wonder why I live in a place that hurts my face.
I've wondered that too, but then I come to the realization that I would rather live where the air hurts my face, than live where the fauna could kill me. Lol We are lucky with our very small number of venomous and poisonous animals.
