WARNING - The message you received from @animal-shelter is a CONFIRMED SCAM!
The account @frick appears to be spewing out the same scam; I guess that @frick clicked the link. It is really sad when this happens.
The account started a power down and all the hard earned HIVE appears to be following the same route out of the system as @animal-shelter.
Added it to my list. Thanks for notifying @yintercept
