As NFTs are getting bigger and bigger, TOPPS (yeah, probably the biggest collectible brand out there) decided to jump into the FOMO train and decided to produce Godzilla packs, with the just released Godzilla vs Kong film around. I went in and got 2 ultimate pack, with only 5000 as supply those got all sold in 2 minutes.
The packs are trading at the same price (if not a bit less if you take into account fee) compared to what they went out for, so it has been a bit of a loss for me, but I'm planning to hold long term.
Half of the supply has been already burned, so, who knows what will happen in 1-2 years from now!
