Creating or buying NFTs for resale is one thing and getting traffic on them is another.
If you let the NFTs just sit there in your profile and you miraculously expect traffic and sales, chances are that you will be disappointed.
So here are a few tips for you to get more traffic on your NFT profile and hopefully get some sales.
I could think of 14 for now, so here is the list.

Tweet NFT links regularly on twitter.
Share NFTs in appropriate channels on discord.
Buy NFTs from artists who are big and have lots of twitter followers. That way you can be seen from their profile.
Do frequent NFT giveaways and contests.
Sponsor tweets or exchange them with other NFT artists. Like they tweet about your NFT and you tweet about theirs in exchange.
Place bids on other people's NFTs. If the bid stays there for long, you get a fair amount of exposure for a decent duration.
Make your profiles on almost all NFT platforms with the same twitter handle and Profile picture and leave comments on the work of other artists to be seen as an active member of the community.
Whenever you make a Sale or Buy a NFT tweet about it using the right hashtags.
Participate in all the "Shill your NFT art below" tweets and leave a link to your profile. Gives you great exposure.
Engage and leave comments frequently on NFT related twitter accounts as well.
Congratulate co-NFT artists by replying to their sales announcement tweets.
Follow NFT Collectors that you spot on twitter and those NFT artists who generally retweet other people's work.
Make a tweet whenever you burn or re-price your work. You need an excuse to be seen, remember ;)
Tweet about your understanding of NFT art world and art in general. Start a discussion and engage.
