Hey, you just need a link to the picture. (These will generally end with the extension of an image, .jpg, etc)

What do you mean? An image website? Try Pixabay.com, if you mean for uploading, try imgur.com, but Steem also supports uploading. ^^
Mine says right below where you write your article upload a photo, not sure if you have a iPhone or android.
