We are still good friends even though the time without seeing each other was considerable; we met again in some protest marches for the improvement of the salary. Having your own garden is very exciting. There are many things that you can see when you first wake up in the morning to see all my plants growing healthy, lush and fruitful, it is something that is very proud of me and my husband, who have never farmed before. It's like there is a new passion in our lives when we look at the mini garden. And right now we are harvesting our eggplants, one eggplant can weigh 250 grams or more. We harvest only the eggplants, there are several large eggplants and my neighbors have also divided them all so that they also feel my joy even though it's just eggplants.

My mother lives on a farm outside the city. And there, of course, the environment is different from the city where I live. Delicious fruit crops like mangas (big mangos), delicious avocados, cambures or bananas, plantains, papaya, and everything that can be cultivated, they plant and harvest there, both for their consumption, as well as for trade and to earn money to support their needs.

Last June 12, 2023, it was a mandate from higher-ups to conduct a flag-raising activity either in school, the LGU, barangay workers, and other offices to commemorate our Philippine Independence. With this activity, the youth of today will still be able to understand the importance of independence to all Filipinos all over the world.

I am Japanese and my family of four lives in a rented apartment in Tokyo. It has been 9 years since we moved here. I like the location, the layout of the room, the rent, etc., but there are some ill-mannered people living in the same apartment as us, and this is the source of my frustration.Last year, I believe it was around this time of year, an old sofa was left in the garbage dump for weeks, which made me uncomfortable (the rule is that large items of garbage, such as furniture, should be reserved for pickup in advance and placed in a designated area on the day of pickup). Also, the thumping vibration from the floor below us continued every day, and my second son once said, "I want to move out...". The vibration has lessened recently, so I don't need to talk about that issue anymore, though.

Sometimes art calls to me. In times when I overthink things, when there are more questions than answers and I need a time out, there are two "go-to's" that I choose between ~ sketching and walking/hiking.The weather has been miserable the last few days, it's been overcast and rainy. The wind has been exceptionally cold and I've been hermitting through a lot of it. I've been struggling with a bout of flu to top it off.

My tutorial today is a children's design that I made on a piece of cardboard in which I made a drawing of Mario Bross and painted by hand, then I decorated with foami to give it relief, I also assembled a cardboard box to paste in front so that it serves you in addition to decorate, to store whatever you want, of course, that will be small and not very heavy things. It is always good to give utility to the things we make! So I invite you to join me to make it and serve as a guide for you to design one to your liking.
