Today, I am on my 6th digital portrait painting of a random woman. That is why I call it "Woman 006". I am constantly doing this for study and practice. I am trying also new techniques and brushes on procreate so that I will be able to make my own procreate workflow in creating digital portraits. For now, I am still focusing on making portraits but I am also interested to creating my own characters, drawing animals and many others.

It is a cocoa shell infusion. It all started when I was given a bag of cocoa shells and I was told to prepare tea that was very tasty.I prepared the infusion to check if it was true and I was surprised by its pleasant chocolate flavor, I have prepared it in water and in almond milk and it is very tasty both ways.

I took these photos the night after spending my whole afternoon one weekend at a coffee shop to catch up with some check work and progress on some personal goals. It's great that we can finally go outside and exercise. I have been trying my best to find time to get active. I remember that I was in my best shape when I trained for a marathon back in 2018, so I decided to get back to training again.Years ago, Cebu City Sports Complex or "Abellana" was the go-to place. At around 5 in the afternoon, people would start flocking the track and it made the training bearable.

Dashcams have become essential. It is the only proof we have if anything unexpected happens and we need proof of what happens and also to act as witness to other accidents on the road.This dash cam cost USD 30 or MYR 125. There are cheaper dashcams below that price but I've seen reviews that their video quality is not up to the standard. Imagine not being able to look at the number plates, car model.

Even back when I was drawing tsimilarly intricate mandalas on pieces of paper, I never really thought of them as a meditative tool, either... although they were certainly for "passing time" when I was between doing other things, or I was on a long hold on the phone and things like that.When I was in high school... it was basically a way to "zone out!"
In the earliest days — that would be shortly after I had made the decision that this "COULD become an art form" — the meditation aspect was actually related to my being very fond of doing "walking meditations" on the local beaches, as a way to power down and balance myself when I otherwise had a lot on my plate.
