Greetings dear Nosans!
It’s no news that ASUU strike which was scheduled to hold for just a month has been extended for another two months.
To that effect The Executive body, Council of presidents, National and Local Organizing Committees have been having series of meetings as to what decision should be made.
The National President and the Conference planning committee intends to hold an official meeting with the Head of Department (Optometry, UNIBEN) and the Office of the Vice Chancellor as well, to see a possibility of holding the conference in the midst of the strike.
The council of Presidents as well as the Executive body will meet as well within this period, and subsequently the opinions of all NOSANs will be gotten through the necessary means.
All NOSANs should be calm and rest assured that the right decisions as touching the conference will be made and subsequently communicated to the general house in coming days
Despite the strike, let's remain ⬅️FOCUSED➡️ on preparations for the conference.
