Holding onto stuff. I could do with a really, good clear out but find I can't let go of old greetings cards, gifts, kid's drawings etc that I have an emotional attachment to.

Those things do become rather tricky. When I look at things like that, I have to consider whether the "thing" is truly making me feel a deep happiness or something positive worth keeping... or just a "vague something."
