Check the Norwegain Mineral resources map if someone else has the Exploration licenses for the area you want to prospect, if so this person/company must allow it. The area of the Gisna mostly claimed....
If there is no claim the owner of the property must allow it, in my case it's allowed on the camping place.
it's not the Gisna, it's the Driva and i had gold in my pan.
