Redesign Update:
We are working toward a September launch date of a new design for Dporn.
We’ve started the process of a total redesign overhaul of the Dporn website. Once again this is the mock-up’s we currently have for it:

Community Curation Bot In Discord:
This is our curation bot. It will be in a testing mode for a few days gathering the data that we will use to determine how many reactions are needed for a 100% vote. All posts made on our staging site will show up here for the time being. Afterward, this will be brought to the main site once the testing is complete React with if you think the video is good with the upvote arrow, and if the video is stolen or shouldn't be there for some other reason do the downvote arrow.
Once the post on discord has been up for 3 days, the bot will calculate the vote % to give for the video and cast the vote(not being done right now).
XXX “Live” Streaming/Webcamming:
As we’ve mentioned before in previous posts we’ve been looking for some solutions to providing Adult webcamming to our end-users. We’ve talked to prominent teams on SteemIt & talking an in-house type system and close to coming up with a roadmap for it. We think this is one area the Steem blockchain can thrive in. More to come!

Hello @jeebus1 it isn't moderated at the moment, but there will be things put in place if the need arises. Of course, you can just use tags to sort out.

Dporn is on Steem blockchain. Dtube doesn't accommodate Porn videos that well. We are dedicated to the adult world on the Steem blockchain.
