Here in Firenze Spring has sprung, with lots of rain so everything is growing like crazy. This painting from a few years ago really emulates what I am seeing outside right now. Happy Spring Everybody!

Join nTopaz Discord ChannelThank you! I think I used Rosso di Cadmio Brillante. Of course it is a mix of reds, but to get it to realy pop you need to stay on the orange side of red.

Really lovely painting, Matteo :) The red really attracts the eyes very nicely as they pops up in the midst of green <3 Very wonderful detailing on the stalks and the littler flowers, as well :) You are really delicate with those 'hairs' off the stalks, and such attention to details really makes a painting feels more immersive <3
