14 August 2016 is a 22 day (1+4 + 8 + 2+0+1+6 = 22, and 22 is a Master Number so not reduced further); a great day for CONSTRUCTING a PLAN, DESIGNING and/or ENGINEERING a goal, an outcome ... a garden bed, tiny house ... maybe just re-arranging the furniture - as long as it is with an intention to IMPROVE our experience of the situation.
There is an additional Essence to the day ~ 5 derived from the Day Number: the 14th (1+4 = 5) ~ providing us with the opportunity to TRANSFORM our attitude, our health, ... garden bed, home ... or our PERCEPTION of something/someone.
Today's Challenge Number is 2 ~ Today's challenge is about getting on with doing that which SUPPORTS us and others; oh and ALLOWS our Consciousness to Flow. For this we can do a round of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT instructions: http://CreativeGoalSetting.com/EFT). "I am choosing to ALLOW my Consciousness to Flow without interference from my emotions, and I deeply and completely love and accept my Self."

Following the Shemitah cycles as well? Interesting stuff to research since this is the Shemitah year
Wasn't it Shemitah last September? But then they delayed any big monetary actions until the Brexit Vote, which was exactly a bunch of 7s later? So you must be following a different Shemitah to me. For personal numerology I run on the 9 cycle with the 12 numbers of personality thrown in (which means adding 11, 22, and 33 to account for a few extra special people).
The Shemitah year started last year and goes through mid September. It's a year long thing.
