When my friends talk about them meeting their soulmate I tend to wonder what it really means for you to meet your soulmate, cause from my own little knowledge on this topic simply means meeting someone that completes you. So a little down memory lane when I first had an actual relationship in the course of this article I would be referencing the main character in this write up as Paul
Paul works a few blocks away from my apartment as a manager at a bookstore where I usually purchase my literature books, when it comes to relationships talks this Paul would seem not interested based on his past experiences in his previous relationship. A walk down memory lane which Paul meet and offered assistance to a distressed Jane who was part of a musical band during their sitting up for a musical performance at a diner, so after some couple of messages exchanges and dates they both entered into a relationship which at the binging of it was a beautiful one. Paul has this bad habit of loving unconditionally and most times this is not reciprocated, the relationship was so beautiful and was the envy of her friends it was like they were met for each other more like soulmates they had so many things in common which made accommodating each other.
Fast-forwarded to the period Jane started keeping secrets away from her partner during this period things went easy between them, Jane was having a different anonymous form different persons in their names were unfamiliar to him and he was worried so he started tailing her so it’s not a false acquisition against her. So on this day after they both came off a heated argument, she got a call for her to meet with somebody off the corner, saw the incoming call on her cell Paul was so inquisitive to ask who it was only for her to respond to him that it was a business call that he doesn’t need to worry that she isn’t cheating on him but that didn’t settle well with him.
Jane decided to honour the invite and Paul tailed her as he has been doing for months now only for him to discover that she has been seen another person at that moment he wanted to confront her but he didn’t confront her, he felt disappointed and disgusted as he went home throughout that night he questioned himself where he messed up and this didn’t actually sit well with him he was so disturbed emotionally that he started investigating the incidence without her knowledge. Paul found out that Jane has been having an affair with a record label executive that was willing to sign her to his record label and this has been going on for months now tho he suspected her but he could not connect the dot, this was too for him to contain emotionally he confronted her in their private space and she owned up to the acquisitions levied against her with no remorse than she then responded that she never loved him that he was just a means to an end. Within his heart he really wished that she said she loved him instead he would have continued with the relationship because he was ready to forgive her, but she was too adamant to even offer an apology, with the rage he felt that moment and so many thoughts running through his head he attended a party which was organized by the music label executive in which he followed to the top of the roof where he was taking a smoke break he murders Janes lover by pushing him off the building.
