Ouch! Can't believe we missed this on our first ever submission.

This post violated the "never been published before" rule (which the submitting author presumably didn't realize, because it was in the FAQ but not in the step-by-step instructions).

To protect against future authors inadvertently making the same mistake, we have revised the submission instructions to explicitly require a "Statement of Originality" (which includes a statement that the content has never been previously published).

Also, the one curator who voted for this submission prior to our finding, announcing, and 'fixing' the problem has been reimbursed 150% of their would-have-been curation rewards.
