The cold climate affects the life of grasshoppers

In every country in this part of the world, it certainly has a changing climate such as cold weather, heat and other different atmosphere. Then how is the life of grasshoppers in cold temperatures?

The cold temperature which is owned by an area makes grasshoppers themselves experience things that are not good for their survival, in cold temperatures or extreme climate grasshoppers only survive in the egg phase, which means that in winter the eggs do not hatch this is due to the hatching process requiring warm temperature or especially hot temperature.

If grasshoppers themselves live in warm temperatures or simple climates, grasshoppers will live for several years meaning that they will be very happy if they are in a tropical climate.

Having sharp eyes in seeing

Grasshopper's eyes are very bright in detecting the colors that are refracted around the environment he lives. His eyes are able to detect light and dark. Because in his eyes there are hundreds of components of light that are able to capture light even in the dark.

Besides having bright eyes in capturing colors, he also uses an antenna attached to his head, the antenna serves to feel the touch and smell found around him within a distance of 100 meters. If his eyes don't work then he will also know of the existence of something with his antennae.

Can do camouflage

Camouflage is often done by anyone who has the ability to disguise himself, helping with their own body, grasshoppers are also able to do that for plants, he will disguise the location of leaves whose color matches the color that resembles the color of his body.

This is often done when they do not feel comfortable knowing the existence of an object that he does not want. But if he is in a different location, it means that the color of an object that is different from his body is very difficult to do so, this is influenced by the color in the grasshopper's disguised tab itself.

However, if he instinctively says that it is not harmful to his body on an object, he will feel at home perched at that location, for example like the locusts in this post, he is very happy to be in the color of someone's clothing which is considered an interesting and interesting thing not harm his body.
