Hey! I completely agree with your perspective.Anger is energy. So true. And using any form of energy is done by us and by choice. We always have the possibility to choose our attitude. Managing emotions during an angry moment is a reflection of our self discipline. I believe that the more disciplined and self aware we are, the more we are able to use the energy of emotions in positive ways!
