There’s always fall peas lol! I have a section of my garden that’s just for those “late” things;)
Also, from the looks of your blog, I’d say you’ve got an excuse for not having a trellis up, you’ve got lots of projects going on.

Yup, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it. I have done fall peas with limited success. So we will see...
