in #ocd4 years ago

Today I made blanji gubaguba its tasty and delicious my camera is not too gud but trust me it looks finer than what you see, its really good blanji gubaguba
The name its not an English word or name per say its in kilba language i dont reqlly know the name in english sorry well about the soup its a soup that is mostly found in the northern part of Nigeria Adamawa precisely by the kilba and margi tribes its really tasty
Okey where will I start from I think it should be ingredients:
We have fresh fish its the main ingredient then we have red peppers and red oil maggi salt onga and yakuwa if u don't have yakuwa then you can use spinach InShot_20200918_202344556.jpg

Procedure:
First of all you wash your fish like thoroughly grind your peppers you have to wash the peppers before grinding it, then wash your leafs and keep the ingredients ready
Its very simple to cook but it takes steps so that your soup will come out tasty and delicious just the way its suppose to
First step you put a little bit of the leaf on the bottom of the pot then a little of your fish spread on the leaf, peppers maggi onions onga just like thisIMG_20200918_143235.jpg

Then your leaf then fish you continue the process till your leaf and fish and peppers onions maggi salt and onga finishes then you finally add red oil then water lots of it so your fish will cook well, to the extent that the bone in the fish will be chewable, allow it to cook for 30 to 45minutes always check in between the minutes so that if the water is less you will b able to add it so it won't be burnt. After cooking you will get a desirable result something you won't regret something like thisIMG_20200918_143229.jpg

Hope you are going to try it out because I bet you won't regret it
