Copy & paste DMs. Please please don't do this! Everyone knows when they get a copy/paste message and its a waste of time for everyone. You hate sending them. And your follower hates receiving them. โ โ

Instead, say something specifically to that person. Mention something about them as a human or business. It creates genuine conversations and connections.โ โ

Posting more than once a day. You're overwhelming your followers. And wasting time engaging with each post's comments twice a day. โ โ

You don't need to be on IG all day to get clientsโโ โ

Staying relevant does not mean posting a bunch of times. Post once and provide enough value each time.โ โ

Not utilizing captions. Your captions are your stage to show off your knowledge and skills. People love learning new things. Educate and motivate in your captions.โ โ

Not checking your analytics. Your analytics tell you which posts resonated with your followers. Check your engagement, shares, and saves. These are the most important things to look at.โ โ

Figure out why they worked and do more of that.โ โ

Not talking about your offers. How can new clients buy your services if they don't know what they are? Talk about the benefits you give your clients. โ โ

Don't worry about being annoying. It's not the only thing you're going to talk about. And not everyone sees your offer every day. โ โ

Not showing your face. People buy from people. Especially when it comes to services. If I'm hiring a life coach I want to see her get on video and talk about her program. If I'm hiring a biz coach I want to see who I'm going to be working with for the next 3 months. โ โ

Build trust and authority by showing who you are. Be imperfect. Be yourself. โ โ
